Gregory S. Bustamante, President, P.E.
As president and founder of Bustamante Engineers, Inc. Greg has over 40 years of engineering expertise and oversees daily operations of the company. He has inspected thousands of buildings from 80,000 square foot commercial buildings to older homes and community associations with 30-1000 units. He enjoys working with clients to provide engineering solutions such as forensic, structural issues, and building envelope issues. With a strong focus for Community Associations he is an expert in reviewing properties for reserve fund studies, transition studies, structural, and specification projects. As a CAI Reserve Specialist, Greg offers communities suggestions on how to extend the common area components life expectancy. He began his career in New York and opened his business in Bucks County in 1993. Greg has extensive background in civil and structural engineering. Greg resides in Bucks County with his family. He enjoys the outdoors by biking, hiking, travel and photography. He is a great leader for the company bringing a "Carpe Diem" approach to each day.
Jennifer Keggan, Vice President, E.I.T., R.S.
Jennifer is an EIT with over a decade worth of experience in civil and site design. Jennifer's area of expertise includes all facets of community association work. This encompasses preparing reserve studies, transition studies, specification writing and construction oversight, including managing projects from design into the bid phase and through close-out. Jennifer works diligently to maintain open lines of communication between the property managers, association, and the contractors during all phases, to ensure a positive outcome on construction projects. After being with Bustamante Engineers for five years, Ms. Keggan has earned the position of Manager of Reserve Studies. Other responsibilities include marketing efforts with CAI.
Joseph Ingaglio, Vice President, P.E.
Joseph is a Professional Engineer with over 8 years of structural design experience. Joseph serves as the lead project manager for most of our civil and structural projects. He is a graduate of Lehigh University where he earned an M.S. and a B.S. in Structural Engineering. His experience includes new construction and rehabilitation of wood, steel, concrete, and masonry structures. His primary role is providing structural design, detailing, and construction services for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Joseph also manages civil engineering projects such as minor land development and stormwater designs.
Tosha Kogel, Office Manager
Tosha is our office manager who comes to us with more-than-she-would-like-to admit years of customer service and emergency services experience. The best part of her job is planning our group events and activities.
Nick Matteo, E.I.T.
Nick received his bachelor's degree from Penn State University. He has five years experience in Structural Engineering. Nick's main focus is working in residential and commercial design with a focus in renovations, building design, new construction, and additions.
Justin DiNardo, E.I.T.
Justin has been with the company since June 2020 after receiving his Bachelor’s Degree for Civil Engineering at Temple University. Since joining us, Justin has done work for associations, industrial clients, and individual homeowners. This work includes stormwater manager, zoning compliance, construction oversite, and other building envelope work.
In his free time, Justin plays organized baseball and softball with a sprinkle of golf when the time allows. Justin grew up in the area, attending Central Bucks East.
Marylu Campos
Marylu graduated from Albert Einstein University in Antiguo Cuscatlan, El Salvador and has more than 15 years of experience as an architect in El Salvador. Marylu provides CAD design, drafting, detailing, and renderings for our residential and commercial clients.
In her spare time, Marylu loves cooking, baking, gardening and loves to share her food with us!
Keith Mullin, Engineering Technician
Keith comes to us with extensive experience with roofing and building envelope experience. He is a graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Architecture. Keith is our building envelope specialist who inspects and prepares bid documents.
Al Dufault, Project Manager
Mr. Dufault has over 45 years of experience with large international engineering and construction companies, including planning, designing, constructing, and managing large industrial facilities. His technical experience includes activities in structural steel and concrete design, structural dynamics, geotechnical investigations and foundation engineering, civil engineering & stormwater management, and drainage hydraulics. His work has given him a broad view of the engineering and construction professions. Most recently for BEI, Mr. Dufault has been involved with both residential and commercial property inspections, capital improvement projects for community schools and commercial property owners, structural evaluations and design, and residential site development for stormwater management.
Rob Pignar
With over 40 years of experience in municipal engineering and public administration, Rob brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project he touches. At Bustamante Engineers, he specializes in transition and reserve studies for community associations, as well as forensic inspections related to property loss incidents.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife & two daughters, traveling with family and friends, backpacking, and giving back through community volunteering. A fun fact about Rob is that he once worked in an underground coal mine in West Virginia.
Denny Guo, E.I.T.
Denny earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, and he brings with him a solid background in construction and project management. He has spent the last two years working under Jen, specializing in Reserve Studies and Transition Studies.
Before joining the company, he served as an Assistant Project Manager at MCN Build, where he led coordination efforts with architects, contractors, and school authorities to rebuild schools & multi-story buildings for short-term family housing in the D.C. area. He later took on a similar role at D&B Construction, overseeing multi-family developments from the ground up with project values between $35–55 million.
He holds an EIT Certificate in Construction Management and brings a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis, hitting the gym, and spending quality time with his wife and son. Fun fact: he used to be a hibachi chef!
Bob Goeb
Bob brings over five decades of engineering expertise to Bustamante Engineers, where he specializes in residential and commercial services. His work includes property condition assessments, forensic and home inspections, community association work, and electrical engineering projects. His technical knowledge, coupled with his personable approach, have made Bob a trusted and valued member of the team.
Outside the office, Bob is a man of many interests. He’s an avid gardener, a HAM radio enthusiast, and a strategic chess player. He enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and granddaughter. A fun fact about him is that he played three years of college basketball at NJIT.
He also holds nine patents across the U.S., Saudi Arabia, and Australia, reflecting his lifelong commitment to innovation.
Anthony Bumbulsky, Reserve Specialist Manager
Anthony is a proud Pennsylvania native who holds a B.A. in Construction Management from Park University. Prior to joining BEI, he spent 5 years as a construction manager and served 8 years in the U.S. Air Force as a combat engineer. With over 12 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Anthony brings a strong technical foundation and a keen eye for building systems – skills that directly support the accuracy and depth of his reserve study work.
Outside the office, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, two daughters, and their dog, Ember. A true outdoorsman at heart, Anthony’s hobbies include hunting, fishing, and exploring nature.
Jamison Satterly, Office Administrator
Jamison is our Office Administrator. She brings over five years of experience in administration and human resources, where she has focused on streamlining office operations and fostering positive workplace environments. She is a Virginia-native and received her B.A. in English from West Virginia University.
Outside of work, Jamison enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and two rescue dogs. Some of her hobbies include painting, birdwatching, and exploring the outdoors.
