An evaluation of the condition of the property at the time the Association takes possession of the property from the developer is known as a Transition Study. BUSTAMANTE ENGINEERS combines its knowledge of building construction, its familiarity with local municipality rules and regulations, and its desire to represent Community Associations to provide a study that allows for a smooth transition from builder to Association in accordance with the needs of the Association.

When the common area components have been transitioned for a newly formed Community Association to manage, BUSTAMANTE ENGINEERS

- What is the condition of those amenities?
