From the first phone call Bustamante was a pleasure to deal with and their proposal was thorough, and the sample study submitted made it very clear what we would receive. RECOMMENDATION to whom it may concern:  I strongly recommend Greg Bustamante as an Engineer.

Greg and I worked together when I was the Reserve at Gwynedd Transition Committee Chairmen and then again as the Operations Committee Chairmen. At the Reserve, the Operations Committee is charged with managing all of the technical project work in the community. I found him to be professional and cost effective.

Transition is normally a very difficult and drawn out time for a community. I found Greg to have strong technical skills and the resources to research the areas that were beyond his personal expertise. He was excellent with both the builder and the township and knew how to take a tough stand in our behalf. He also did a fine job of supplying detailed information to the Board and the Board's attorney as Transition progressed. In the end, with Greg's help, we completed Transition even before the community was completed and, by comparison to other communities, saved tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees and years of consternation.

Once we moved to post Transition, Greg was instrumental in dealing with creative projects such as the water leak prevention project for our high rise condominiums and he worked diligently with our Architectural Review Committee to prevent homeowner projects from damaging the common areas of the Reserve. In addition he assisted in establishing annual contracts to handle such routine work as paving and concrete. Lastly, the Reserve had the benefit of being left extra space by the builder which, with Greg's help, we were able to convert into another living unit. We are now in the process of completing the unit for sale.

Greg is not only the Engineer on this project but he is also the technical inspector. The sale of this unit will greatly benefit the cash position of the Reserve. In closing, I strongly support Greg.

Your services were invaluable in guiding us through the transition process with the developer. This process involves evaluating the work as constructed in accordance with the drawings and specifications to determine that it meets the intent of the documents and also suitability for purpose. You pointed out to us the deviations and deficiencies and assisted us in negotiating with the developer and the Town Engineer, corrections needed to bring the work into compliance. This is still an ongoing effort and we look forward to successful turnover in the near future.

A second major task you performed was the development of a capital reserve study to establish the cost bases for funding repairs and replacements in the outgoing years. This study is extremely important as it assists us in maintaining the fiscal integrity of the development in future years.
