Greg Bustamante is a Registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. He began work in 1983 with several consulting engineering firms before opening his own firm in the early 1990's.

Throughout his career, Mr. Bustamante has evaluated several thousand residential and commercial buildings and properties, including structural design repairs. When evaluating commercial properties, his experience includes Property Condition Assessments (PCA), Construction Monitoring and Environmental Site Assessments (ESA).

Mr. Bustamante is also qualified and experienced in providing consulting engineering services to Community Associations, including reserve fund analysis, transition studies, specifications for roofing, paving, and flat work, construction monitoring and investigations. Much of the work of the firm revolves around civil engineering projects such as site development, surveying, storm water management and septic system designs.

While working for other firms in the 1980’s, Mr. Bustamante gained a great deal of experience in Municipal Engineering. This work included land development and subdivision projects, public meeting participation, capital improvement projects, specifications, building code and structural evaluations, stormwater management and utility design.

Mr. Bustamante has been an active member of the Community Association Institute of Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley for over 10 years. He has assisted hundreds of communities with all aspects of engineering services including Reserve Fund and Transition studies; capital needs projects such as facade inspection, roofing inspection and general consulting.

At Bustamante Engineers, Inc. we know that every community is unique and we begin every proposal or study with a thorough visit to your community. During this visit we want to meet the key members of your community, so we can best understand their questions and concerns. We appreciate the subtleties of Community Associations and recognize the importance of personal contact and local knowledge.

Our commitment to you is ongoing, from the early planning stages through to maintenance and future improvements. We do not consider our work completed when you receive your reports; we will be involved with the presentation of our studies and available to your community as questions arise for years afterward. We are also proud that we have a great many appreciative clients who invite us back repeatedly to provide additional engineering services for their Association.  Please call us to discuss how we can best serve your Association!
